“NINOCHKA” performance by Nina Murashkina (Donetsk—Barcelona)

 

The action takes place on the «Toronto-Kyiv» complex premises as part of Kyiv Art Week. The author — Nina Murashkina; other participants — actors and musicians. The director — Yulia Rukavitsyna.

A video projection with the author’s graphic works was shown on the background. The performance is dedicated to the presentation by «ARTHUSS» publishing house of the graphic novel «Ninochka». The graphic works, that formed the basis of the story, were shown to the audience as part of the art project «Equally Different» by «ARTHUSS» publishing house. Partly these graphic works, as well as Nina’s paintings were shown on the exhibition stand of the publishing house.

«ARTHUSS» publishing house presents useful literature for creative professions as well as books about art, animation, illustration, graphic design, subject and interior design, UX/UI design and creative management.

Kyiv Art Week is an annual international festival of contemporary art. It is held in Kyiv in several locations throughout the city. There one can find the installations and works of contemporary artists.
