The action takes place on the premises of «Mystetskyi Arsenal», in the middle of Oleksandr Kutovyi project for the young art festival-competition. The authors — music agency «Ukho».
The festival took place in September 2017 at «Mystetskyi Arsenal» in the Biennale format. The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine is the founder of the festival-competition.
Maria Lanko, Kateryna Filyuk and Lizaveta Herman were the curators of the festival.
